These are the terms for using this website — not for a project you've hired us to do, which is covered by its own agreement. By using this site, including its contact form, you're agreeing to what's below.
Acceptable use
This site and its contact form are here for people genuinely interested in working with Codegen Studio. Please don't use the form to send spam, malicious content, or automated submissions — Cloudflare Turnstile screens for bots, but the expectation is on you too.
Don't attempt to scrape, copy, or republish this site's content, design, or code wholesale. If something here is genuinely useful to you as a reference, ask first.
Case study results
The results shown in our case studies — numbers, outcomes, timelines — are real figures from real, completed projects, not projections or guarantees. What worked for one client's project, audience, and market won't automatically repeat for another. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific result for your project.
Content ownership
The design, copy, and code that make up this website belong to Codegen Studio, unless stated otherwise. Deliverables from a client project — the work you'd hire us for — are covered by the separate agreement for that project, not by these terms.
Third-party links
This site links out to a few third-party services and destinations: Calendly for booking a call, and YouTube or Google Drive for some case study videos. Once you leave this site for one of those, their own terms apply — we don't control what happens there and aren't responsible for it.
No warranty, limited liability
This site and its content are provided as-is. We've built it carefully, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. This doesn't limit anything we owe you under a separate, signed project agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
