Privacy Policy

Last updated August 21, 2026

This page explains what Codegen Studio collects when you use this site, why, and who else ever sees it. Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, we never sell it, and there's no ad tracking anywhere on this site.

What we collect

The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, and a message describing what you're working on. We only see this if you choose to submit it — nothing is collected just by visiting the site.

The only other thing this site stores about you is a light/dark theme preference, saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and isn't a cookie — we don't use tracking cookies of any kind.

Why we collect it

The contact form exists for one reason: so we can reply to you. We use your name and email to get back to you, and your message to understand what you need before that first call. We don't use this information for marketing, and we don't add you to any mailing list without asking first.

Who else sees it

Submitting the contact form routes your message through two third-party services, and nowhere else.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being submitted by a person, not a bot, before it goes anywhere. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs what it collects to make that determination.

Resend delivers your submitted message to our inbox by email. It only ever handles the content of that one message — nothing else on the site touches it.

If you book a call through the Book a call page, that booking runs through Calendly's own scheduling widget, governed by Calendly's privacy policy, not this one.

We don't run analytics, ad pixels, or any other third-party tracking script on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep submitted messages and any resulting email thread for as long as it's relevant to a potential or active project, and delete it once it isn't. If we start working together, project communication is retained for the life of that relationship.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email us and we'll handle it directly. There's no account or dashboard involved, so this is always a person reading and acting on your request, not an automated system.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the version and date at the top of this page will change with it. We won't quietly rewrite what we've told you.
